Main Aim:


Restore breathing and circulation.


When to Use:

For heart attacks, drowning,

or any case where breathing or heart function stops.

Techniques:


Chest compressions, rescue

breaths, and use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) to restart the heart.

Steps to Perform:


Check if the person is unresponsive and not breathing.

Call emergency services.

Perform 30 chest compressions.

Give 2 rescue breaths.

Repeat until help arrives.

Prevention Tips:


Learn CPR training.

Keep a first aid kit at home and workplace.

Avoid choking hazards for infants and elders.
