🚑 Here are some keys make sure read it

Assess the Situation – Ensure safety for yourself before helping others.

Check for Responsiveness – Gently shake and ask, "Are you okay?"

Call for Help – Dial emergency services (911 or local equivalent) if needed.

Airway – Make sure the airway is clear; tilt the head back for an unconscious person.

Breathing – Look, listen, and feel for breath for 10 seconds.

CPR – If no breathing, start chest compressions (30 compressions, 2 breaths).

Bleeding Control – Apply direct pressure with a clean cloth.

Shock Management – Lay the person down, elevate legs, and keep warm.

Choking – Perform Heimlich maneuver (abdominal thrusts) if airway is blocked.

Burns – Cool with running water for 10-15 minutes; avoid ice.

Fractures – Immobilize with a splint; do not move the affected limb.

Sprains & Strains – Use R.I.C.E. (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation).

Poisoning– Do not induce vomiting; call Poison Control.

Seizures – Clear the area, do not restrain, turn the person on their side.

Heat Exhaustion – Move to a cool place, provide water, and loosen clothing.

Hypothermia – Warm gradually with blankets and warm drinks.

Electrocution – Rinse with clean water; do not rub the eye.

Stings & Bites – Remove stinger, apply ice, and monitor for allergic reactions.

Stay Calm – Your composure can help the injured person feel safe and reassured.
